SHIPPING POLICY
Processing:
Processing time takes 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. If you order on a Friday your order will be processed the next business day which would be Monday.
Domestic Shipping:
Domestic shipping is 5-7 business days depending on your location.
Express Shipping:
Express shipping is 2-3 business days depending on your location
International Shipping:
International shipping is 7-10 business days depending on your location.
Tracking:
Tracking number will be provided once your item is shipped via email, please check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox. If you do not receive a tracking number after 3 days of placing your order please contact Stallion Beauty at 1585-470-5945.
REFUND POLICY
GLUELESS WIGS POLICY: PROCESS TIME IS 1-3 DAYS, NO REFUNDS! EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECIPT ON UNALTERED, UNWORN WIGS! LACE MUST NOT BE CUT STYLE MUST BE UNCHANGED ETC. (This includes combed, brushed out, or tousled with.) The hair must arrive back the way it was sent to you.
Regular Wigs & Bundles: We are pleased to offer a return policy on unopened hair extensions within 5 days within you receiving your order. We are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with.
All Stallion Beauty Extensions must be shipped back unopened in it's original packaging and the packaging must not be defected in any way or a return will not be issued. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges if the Stallion Beauty Extensions seal on the bundle has been broken! Wigs are non-refundable
A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened and the Stallion Beauty security seal was not broken. Refunds are normally returned back to your bank Card within 3-5 days.
